    Very difficult to read due to style over substance or over use of javascript or flash

    Ones that have over complicated interfaces or only have phone contact for further help, or worse still ignore email requests for help when I explain my issues with phoning

    I can't remember specific companies but I love it when accessibility info tab is on the top page of a website if relevant do I can navigate yo it quickly. It is also great when there are alternative means of contacting a company, or they go out of their way to enable me to contact them when they would rather phone contact.

    Frustrated, angry, and a second-rate citizen. I then do my utmost not to have to give them my business if I can manage not to.

    Having to hunt down accessible information on a website (and then the disappointment if not enough or implicit information on there) or a website insisting on a phone conversation if I can't contact them via email

    Some companies (and helplines, in some cases accessible ones!) insisting on phone contact, when I can't always talk or be heard on the phone.

    OK, just to let you know I use Supernovo software. On your home page you have the following 'Driven and inspired by a movement of disabled customers, we are sharing our knowledge around accessibility, inclusive design and inclusive workplaces to help businesses improve their customer offer.’ should this be offering. Also on the home page you had the 'cookie' statement, which I accepted, however when I went to the survey page I got the 'cookie' statement again. Actually do the survey it didn't really work very well with my software

    More awareness than before, it feels like we cannot undo what we are all aware of but still a huge amount of ignorance around the topic and efforts can be forgotten when Accessibility is not front of mind

    Issues when I zoom into the browser, adverts, and mobile layouts breaking with larger font settings and zoom enabled
