Supermarket Shopping Online
More people are using online supermarkets to shop for food and essentials than ever before. But inaccessible apps, websites and services can create barriers for disabled people.
We want to make online supermarket shopping accessible to everyone. We are carrying out this independent survey to improve digital services for disabled people.
Tell us about your experiences using apps and websites to shop for food online. Your voice will help us to demand change.
Every answer you provide is anonymous. But please note that survey responses will be publicly available to strengthen our case for inclusive design.
Once you’ve answered all 10 questions, you’ll be in with the chance to win a prize of your choice worth up to £50 from Amazon.
About your data
Scope collects and uses this survey data to help improve services for disabled people. The ‘data’ refers to your survey responses, including text comments. The survey and any text comments are anonymous. Scope can share the anonymised data publicly.
We understand that sharing personal information about a disability, impairment or condition is sometimes not an easy thing to do. We take our responsibility to keep your information safe seriously.
We will not analyse at an individual level, report or publish any information which could identify an individual. All raw data is completely restricted.
We will be sharing anonymous data with UK supermarkets to help them improve their online services for disabled people.
You can change your answers at any point and they will replace your previous answers.
Please note, we are not monitoring responses on a daily basis. If you need urgent support or advice, please contact Scope’s helpline.
There is an opportunity to leave your email address at the end of the survey to enter the prize draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher, sign up to our newsletter and connect your answers to your email address.
Make sure you read the tick boxes and choose the ones which are right for you.
Please note, if you do not leave your email address, we cannot contact you. This means you will not be entered into the prize draw.
We run a prize draw to select a winner every week. If you are successful, you will get an email from BigHack@scope.org.uk telling you that you’ve won. If you accept the prize, Scope will email a £50 Amazon gift voucher to you.
