My friends with a learning disability struggle to use websites - no content in easy read or if there is they cannot get to it. Text only websites make life online much harder for them. They need more pictures not less!

Trying to book a wheelchair accessible taxi is difficult. On more than one occasion the taxi driver turned up in a bigger car and asked if my son could get out of his chair and sit on the seat, then his wheelchair could fold and go in the boot. Erm, no! my son has severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy and requires a supportive seat on a wheelchair. He is 24 and non mobile.
