    There have been times that I've been unable to use a website, because the text is difficult to read or the navigation is super complicated.

    I'm on saver 7 give online readings which are constantly queried. Chat goes backwards & forwards Even though meter address twice yearly by 3rd party. 3rd party submitted combined usage & impeccably rectify I am owed thousands. Call centre in India doesn't understand what storage reds are or that there are 3 readings.
